I have a chopper made by Bill Siegle. Just got it but am looking for something different.

Steel is 5160.
It’s 13 and 1/2in overall with an 8 7/16in by 1/4 inch thick blade. Weight is 16oz. Scales are black/maroon G10. With a Cold blue finish.
