Black Friday knife deals

Hey all,
I'm new to the knife addiction do I haven't been around for past Black Fridays. Do the various knife sites usually participate with BF specials? Is it worth waiting on some purchases to find out?
I also thought this thread could be a good place for us to share BF knife deals with one another as they come up (if they do).

I'd imagine they will... there's an upcoming NYCKS event this weekend that a lot of top dealers and custom knife makers are attending, so they'll likely have new items, refreshed stock, and blowouts on old inventory shortly... just in time for BF

^ I agree the knives they usually have for sale on black friday are never what im looking for. If big companies can give huge sales on TVs and such why cant Blade HQ or knife center have Sebenzas and Striders on sale.

I have about 100 knives in my collection, so I am not shy when it comes to purchasing knives, especially good deals. I never seem to make purchases on Black Fridays. Maybe it is because I don't like the particular models on sale. In the past I have noticed certain big online knife stores raising their prices for the sale, and then offering a discount that brings the price down to what I would normally pay at lets say, Knifeworks. The knife stores that I typically patronize, already have rock bottom prices, can not really afford to go any lower.
