Well folks, we're down to less than a month before Blade Show. What are you bringing? Please post updates and pics!
I'm playing for several teams... I got elected to the board of the Guild, and will be doing some guild business at the show. I'm also submitting knives for JS judging. I'm also doing a book signing, since Blade are the folks who publish my Hacks book.
In the mean time, I've been in the shop ALOT of hours. I have five work days left to go, plus whatever I can squeeze into the evenings. I've got 5 done with two more in process, although I may end up re-doing the guard on one of the "done" ones if I have time.
Hanson W2 makes a good hamon. Blued penny guard and tapered frame handle, quilted poplar.

5160 hunter from steel I got from Forged in Fire, with stainless fittings and gidgee.
Aldo's Schrade 1084, forged with a tapered tang and double stainless bolsters.
