Blades & Beef

I think this is a fun thread so I dug it up from page 6.

I am getting hungry now. Any grill steak while snow is in the ground? I am tempted.

Great looking meals and snacks. Steak and buttered pasta on a paper plate was a summer favorite growing up. I'm glad to see all the wood surfaces. I hate the feeling of a fine edge crashing into or dragging against glass, porcelain, ceramic, etc!

Breakfast time, had one sirloin left over from dinner;)

Breakfast of champions! Congrats on being quick enough to grab one of the 6” utility fighters. What do you think of it?

Screwed up the grinds on this bowie so I kept it and renamed the Western Carver:

Fed the horses and getting ready to grill in the snow. Not a lot of palm trees and bikinis in this part of Cali.

I can confirm the utility aspect, it wedged a little in the potatoes but not bad at all for 3/16" stock:D

The fighter aspect is beyond my high drag/low speed MO, but I imagine it performs that job even better;)
