What’s the rundown on your cut, seasoning, and marinade ?

:thumbsup: :) So...my wife wings it and modifies stuff to the point where it’s delicious but hard to replicate. She came up with the marinade based loosely on this recipe:

She said she added fresh ginger and garlic and put everything in a blender.

We used flank steak and let it soak up the yummy over 24 hrs. I cut it into 1” strips or so, and skewered on some soaked bamboo. It’s easy to burn the skewers up even soaked.

Grill to your level of done and enjoy. No knife was needed for the eating part. Tender candy!
