Very beautiful Orange there. Can Cerakote be applied to non metal surfaces as well? What do you prep the surface with before the Cerkote?

Thanks

Sure can!! The G2 from Surefire is Nitrolon which is a type of plastic stuff.....Degrease, blast with aluminum oxide, clean off and coat away.

I love it. My brain stopped working and classified that as Metal when I saw Orange on there

Very interesting. Thank you

Those things are schweet. I never know what is possible until I see it on Bladeforums. Nice work. Thanks for the show and tell.

I do both Cerakote and Duracoat work and have found that I like working with Cerakote much better. I just wish that they had the color choices Duracoat has.

Cerakote is tough stuff.....it is a firearms ceramic coating that some big knife and gun companies use. It is a coating and will wear with use but if they use it on knives then it has to be pretty tough.

Did you get any feedback on how tough the coating is from the Izula users? Interested to know more

They're gorgeous!

I don't usually like orange on anything but oranges, but those both look very good.

I'd like to see my life vest torch (a Fenix P3D) in (very) bright yellow.

I can do that....I am looking for idea on my next light project....I just don't know what people like and want to see...I am a dealer for Fenix as well as I need to order some soon to try out.
