Hi, I am looking to stock up my bookshelf with some more books. I would like stuff about Special Forces, famous military people, Fighting etc.. I can't really describe it but 'man' books would be a good general term :) I would prefer non-fiction such as biographies and all that. Also, they would have to be commonly available on stuff like Amazon.

Some examples are http://www.amazon.com/Rogue-Warrior-Richard-Marcinko/dp/0671795937 and http://www.amazon.com/Paladin-Book-...=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1289207806&sr=1-1

Thanks if anyone has any ideas.

a lot of stuff can suddenly be outdated and wholly irrelavant by the time it's put to print.
the industry standard is material from jane's information group.
it's premium price, places it way beyond the reach of most ordinary folk i suppose.
see you got paladin, don't forget DELTApress, btw.

Some other options could be "Delta Force" by Eric Haney or "Black Hawk Down" by Mark Bowden.

Point of Impact was good, much better then the movie.

Point of Impact was given to me by the first LRRP in country(Vietnam) to get his beret.

Don't get much better than that.
