Here is a Pic of one of my, Bushwacker Bowies.

I made 5 of these about 15 plus years ago! 12 1/2" Blade x 3/8" of ATS-34 that I had Paul Bos HT to an RC of 56 for a bit softer of an edge for heavy Chopping. Brown Cotton Micarta Handle & Loveless Bolts... I have two more Billets in my Steel rack..

May make two more someday? I didn't weight it, but it felt like I ground a full Pound of steel off of each Billet to make these! LOL

Apologies for the crappie Pic. Its the only one I have left.. Other's died in a Computer Crash... Thanks for looking!

I call these Tehachapi Saddle Bowies.

I call this a "saddle chincasa". It's used to attach items, anything with a belt loop, camera bag, bino case, holster, sheath, etc to a saddle.

Attached to the saddle.

If the word "ineffable" were a picture, this would be it.
Brilliant! This pic was taken at a lamb roast at my buddy's house--that's his reaction to me saying that I'd carve the lamb on the spit with my new Bowie.

Yours was a great comment!
