His use of intimidation and threats just takes him down another notch. At this point he would have to stand on his tip-toes to reach a snakes belly.
 
cougar3677 was able to get my order completed (FINALLY!) by Brad. If you let him, he may be able to assist you as well. He has never asked me for a dime for his assistance and I would feel comfortable recommending him as someone to advocate for your order completion. That was a month ago though, before Brad's "sh%t list" website so Brad may be of a different mindset now.
