Totally killer! Thank you ol hogs for taking the time and posting up some killer pics! Probably the only place anywhere one can see photos of stuff like that anymore!


I've been passing on em but this thread is getting me thinkin I might need one! Too bad Busse stopped with the smooth bolts too!
 
if for no reason other than it is the first INFI knife, it is worth having one. There are much better Busse chopper designs that have come since. But the SHBM is a piece of history and what gave INFI it's name. You have no idea how hard it was to try to get one when they first came out. I had my order in, but I still searched gun/knife shows to get one. I even had Lynn Thompson of Cold Steel offer to buy mine off me in 1998 at a Cali Gun show. lol. I of course said NO! He was even willing to give me double what I had paid. I told him to call Jerry and order one himself.
 
Right—posted to indicate more recent use of smooth bolts. I’d love to see them as options more often.

BTW, don’t you consider the ASHBM a variety of SHBM?;)
