I loved this movie, I really can't tell you why but it intrigued me...

There was a sword made of bone, at the end. Any one here have information on this. I know the sword was actually taken from a video game weapon. Yet many civilizations used swords made of bone.

Information on this would be great.

Hmmm swords made of bone? I've heard of whalebone knives and even hatchet type things especially in the context of the Inuit tribes and also for Southeast Asian Islanders as well but swords? I'd love to see source material on that... hmm perhaps Burton... off to check my copy...
 
Well I found it. Burton does mention bone swords but doesn't have any of his typical diagrams. They must be fairly uncommon certainly. Burton briefly mentions them in connection with the Innuit. I suspect that they would look more like what we would consider a "paddle" then a "sword."
