Hello Guys, I want you to meet my chef's knife, sabatier in size ideal for use in kitchen.
The blade measures 8.5 inches long in your cutting area.
The damascus steel is Rain Drop pattern, and was very nice and regular, with drawings in the form of bubbles regularly scattered across the blade.
It is without doubt the best result I could with this pattern today, regular, symmetrical, contrasting and bright.
The handle was made of stabilized Oregon Maple Burl (by Mark Farley at burlsource.us), poerfect stabilization, very beautiful and dense.
An extremely light and very agile knife in the kitchen.
The photos were kindly made by Bladesmith and professional photographer Luiz Gustavo Gonçalves.
I hope you enjoy!
God blesses for all!
