I was in wally world today and saw a buck 110 lite for 20 bucks. I thought about buying it but wasn't sure I didnt want to waste my money. I already have the standard brass 110 but it is kinda heavy and I figured the 110 lite would be easier to throw in my pocket and go. Plus if I get the 110 lite I won't get as many dirty looks for being a 15yr old with something sticking out on my belt lol. (by the way ww don't let me by knives unless i have a parent with me but if i have one with me they never say anything at the walmart I go to). Please tell me what y'all think of the 110 lt

I like mine a lot, great version of a classic so long as it fits your wants/needs. I would research some to see if the Slim with the pocket clip on it would serve you better.

it's a great knife for the money........but........

be careful there, young one. make sure your local and state laws allow you to carry a knife. someplaces it may be a felony to carry a locking folder that big. dont take risks. it can affect your rights later as an adult on voting and owning firearms.

The buck 110 LT is a fantastic knife, for the money. It has a good size handle for doing work and it's a lot lighter than the standard 110 which makes it nicer for things like hiking or EDC when weight is a consideration. I also like the lanyard hole.

You’re on the right track! The 110 LT version is a good knife especially for the cost. Since you already have the standard brass frame 110 you should get along very well with the LT.
I use mine for work as standby when I need a bigger blade and it does the job very well. I don’t baby it but I don’t abuse it either. As long as they are used as intended they will last many years. They are so lite you’ll forget it’s in your pocket. And a lanyard helps to remember as well as removing it from your pocket.

Thanks for the info guys I'm gonna look into the slim but I do like the way the 110 lt feels in my hand I'm afraid the slim will be kinda loose. I looked into kentucks knife laws and it is ok to cary a knife as long Kentucky dont classifie it as a deadly weapon. It's fine to cary a pocket knife or hunting knife.

The 110 slim is a lot thinner than the 110 and 110 LT. I didn't like the slim, I would rather pay a little more and get the buck sprint (pro) if I wanted and more pocketable EDC buck knife (I have one and love it).

The buck sprint looks nice and has great specs but is out of my price range by alot I looked it up and its over 100 bucks

You're looking at the sprint pro with fancy materials, or at MSRP on buck's site which is always significantly elevated to give dealerships the benefit of pricing (except for closeouts). The standard sprint is much less.

It's $50 on BHQ currently, and there are a few different colors.

I only have three 110LT's. (2 are the SK Blades "Smoke Jumper" SFO)
Great knives.
I've had zero issues with any of them.

I have a slim pro and like it for just regular duty edc but when cutting heavier materials and using more force for extended time I prefer the thicker LT handle. The LT has more to grip and less hand fatigue. Then when it’s really rough demanding work I grab the standard frame 110. Lol.

Handled the 110 Lite at the local Buck distributor but somehow could never warm up to it enough to get on my "want" list. Guess I'm too used to the solid "heftiness" of the good old regular 110s.
