Hawk, Thats a nice stringer of fish . "25" good catch ! I've used a 110 on fish before and thought it worked fine . Handsome 110 . Thanks for the photos . I had thought your rig may have been the one that burned . Glad to find out your safe . DM

wow been sooooooooo long i forgot what they taste like..
last time had them was as a 14 yo camping on creek bank with a
scrap piece of steel for a pan...
taters & corn in foil..in the coals baking..............

Holy crappie, thats a nice user for cleaning fish-no safe queen there:thumbup:

No safe Queen. I know a lot of people here would never use it in real
life. But The Buck Brother that sent it to me wanted me to use it.
Let me tell you , that Damascus cuts deer meat ,wood, paper, fish,
like butter. They are very easy to sharpen also. That Damascus is good steel.

So I use it and clean it up real good, oil it up. And...I think about that Buck Brother's kindness every time I use it.

Hawk, I think about my Buck brother's kindness as well, when I use mine and even on days I don't use the knife . DM

Great day for you Hawkeye! Isn't it funny, how some folks would view cleaning fish as work....while others find the task enjoyable...can't go wrong with that old damascus & stag :)

Glad to see you here Scott . Hawk, I've been meaning to ask, is the damascus blade in your 110 stainless or non ? With nickle silver frame and red fiber for color contrast to the antler . Very handsome . I've heard you can put a sharp edge on damascus . Craig, can you tell us which are the male and female Crappie ? DM
