Anybody use Buckeye Engraving for their stamps. Their price seams good $80.00 for (W Crump) in 1/8 letters. I was wondering if anyone has used them and how has your experience?

Thanks

I bought stamps from them last yr and have been pleased. The price was right and had them withina week. bruce/birdog

Steel shaper I have not used them but have an evers stamp I use. Have you seen 1/8" letters on a stanp, this is gonna take a lot of space. My stamp is 3/32" type and also 6 charectors long and it barly fits across a 3/4" blade. Just something to consider.

Thanks guys. I was not sure what size to get. I do see your point SBuzek. I wonder what size letters I should get.

I guess it woul depend on what type knives you make the most. Most all mine are between 3/4" and 1-1/8 " wide at the ricasso so the 3/32" works real well for me,but if you make big bowies and such the 1/8" may be better.

Again thats a good point maybe I should get the smaller sized stamp first and then later get the larger stamp for for larger knives. It would suck to get the stamp and then not be able to use it on the smaller blades I make. I am thinking I will go with Buckeye because one the price is better than the other quotes I got and two they replied faster.
