Greetings everyone! Here’s a medium sized bull nose camper/light chopper ready to cut. This one can go through just about any camp chore. I hope you like it.
Steel .195” 440C professional HT 59/60 hand sanded to 2000 grit for a highly reflective finish.
Edge before sharpening was .015” or so and the blade glides through phone book paper, leather, rope etc. The upper bevel is near sharp starting about 2.5” back from the tip. Balances at the front pin.
Dimensions: 9 7/8” OAL, Tip to Scales 5 1/2” Width 1 15/16”
Chechem/leopardwood dovetail scales sanded to 1200 grit with stainless pins. The handle just locks in my hand but there is a tiny misalignment under the finger choil, best I can measure it about 1/32”. You can see it in the 4th photo. Hand finished with multiple coats of Danish oil and carnauba wax. Lined and dyed sheath, wet molded for a snug fit.
Was $165 now asking only SOLD. I accept paypal, check or MO, including fees and free shipping in the US. Thanks so much for looking and please feel free to ask anything here or via PM.
