Bumping a thread?

I was trying to bump a thread in the services offered forum, I posted in it and it still stayed on page 3. Shouldn't it have bumped to the top of page one?

Seem to be having the same problem, I've posted in a couple of threads and the post is there but the thread is also in the same chronological place it was when the format was changed. As it is the threads don't come to the top when added to which makes it difficult for members who might have problems to see other members are having problems too.

Anything you can do would be helpful Kevin.
