C60 steel?

I got my husqvarna H900 universal hatchet i might do a review on it on BF if it even buggers me enough to make on on youtube but here's the question : What is C60 carbon steel and maybe some properties but i'm mainly interested in the composite.

Just German 1060.

Um... I just said 1060

Its a basic medium (technically high) carbon steel. Similar to that in cold steels machetes. It's mostly used in swords and machetes.
