Camping near San Dimas

On our way to sequoia national forest for our vacation next week, I was thinking of taking the kids to raging rapids in San Dimas. We would like to camp somewhere fairly close and are in need of recommendations.

Can anyone out there provide some spots?

It has been years since I have been to that area, but there might be camping at lake bonelli(sp). It used to be called lake pudding stone. It is near raging waters in san dimas. Well I found a link but it doesnt say anything about camping. Maybe the people at the park can help you.

Yep I ll be driving a maroon van. My wife, son(3.5yrs) and our puppy will be there too. San Dimas will always be home to Bill & Ted to me. See ya there.

We sure are Mike, it would be great to meet you and all your knives. I'm looking forward to meeting you Oakie. I'm hauling up the wife and my two girls (8 and 10) and lots of steel to play with. We are going to try to get up there on Monday to get settled in and meet the early birds.
