can 1/8th G10 be cut with a razor blade?

I want to cut a straight line through some G10 with as little kerf as possible, is this doable?

It’s doable but it sucks, and I believe I was cutting 1/16”.

I recommend a coping saw with a fine tooth blade you will have minimal loss.

I’ve tried to cut it with a razor, scissors, etc.
If all you are doing is cutting a straight line you could clamp down the G10 and a straight edge guide to drag the razor along several passed.

I use a blade runner table saw with steel cutting blades or a jigsaw to cut through G10 or micarta. If you don’t have either of those handy, a coping saw will do the trick.

A jeweler's saw might be ideal for this.

Dremel bits generally aren't as thin as jewelry saw blades.

The big question to this is how thick is the G10? I've cut .060" G10 with a big paper cutter, and thin .032" G10 cuts really good. I use this type purchased from HF
