Can anyone identify the knife John Locke ("Lost") had AFTER his SOG Tigershark?

In the final season, Locke dies and apparently his SOG Tigershark died with him, because when he's 'resurrected' he has a completely different knife:

Kinda looks like an Al Mar Special Warfare I or II

Good call.

Someone on the show knew knives, that one is even more elusive than the Tigershark.

I don't know if the knife changed because of the characters transformation, or if they just needed a polished blade in that dark scene, but they actually found in that Al Mar an uncoated blade that almost perfectly matches the SOG shape.

Umm...the blades of the SOG Tigershark and Al Mar Special warfare are completely different profiles and grinds.

The Al Mar with the same profile would be SF-SOG Spec Ops.

But no knife is going to be a perfect replacement for the TigerShark because it has an enormous 9 inch blade length.
The AlMar Special Warefare II is a 7.5 inch blade.

The reason they look identical from a certain angle is because they have the same clip point style with a false edge that extends the length of the blade, the Tigershark is just pointier on top.

But they have the same extended triangle in the middle.

This other Al Mar is similar but looks even more like the SOG

The profile and grind is completely different.
But at certain angles and distances they may look identical.
Many knives do.
The Al Mar 4008 was not in the "Lost" series. The Al Mar 3002 was.
But neither follows the profile of the SOG Tigershark.
Both the SOG Tigershark and Al Mar SF/SOG 4008 share the specific blade design
and profile of Ben Baker's original 6inch MACV-SOG knives.
Please take my word for it.

3102 not 3002. The 4008 has the same blade but if you include dimensions and handle style, the 3102 looks more similar at first glance (the Ben screenshot), but with subtle changes that soon become noticeable (the cleaning closeup) which seems to fit the subtle transformation of the character.

Can't find the 3012 for sale anywhere though.

3002 was a typo. I meant the Special Warfare II which 3102. I think that's obvious.
I know the owners of the factories that make these knives.
I've already said what can be said,
Have a nice evening.

At the time (mid 1980's) all of these knives were easy to find. Al Mar was a smaller maker than SOG but they were still easily available because they were more expensive and a bit harder to get a discount on. I have dealt with BRK knives since the early 1980's and both were available through them at wholesale, so I bought, sold and traded most of the SOG's and Al Mar's at that time. I even had one of the handmade Harsey Shiva's from Al Mar and later in the mid 1990's a handfull of the original Al Mar / Benchmade AFO's.

I can’t imagine talking to another person as some of you are in this thread. Especially about a knife on a fictional show. Take a breath, guys!

No idea which post offended you, but the fact that they're featured on a hit TV show by a beloved character only enhances their appreciation and value, see https://www.lmgt.com/?q=john+locke's+knives

Even the Al Mar was mentioned once here in this very forum - https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/behold-john-lockes-knives-from-lost.332520/page-8
