Can I keep my Delica clipped to my pocket in NYC?

I have a non serrated Delica from spyderco. It has a three inch blade and i was wondering if I could keep it clipped to my pocket in NYC. Is that brandishing? I have looked at the laws over and over again and can not ifgure if this is still concealed? It is annoying having a pocket clip on it and having it sit at the bottom of my pocket all the time.
 
I don't think a pocket clip is brandishing or concealed. I believe someone would have a hard time making either argument. If it has a clip, use it.
 
yes you can. The Knife must not be seen in public. if you walk down the block the public cannot see it .
