can someone explain how the lashing points on the hest work?

I was reading how the bottle opener and wire breaker where designed as lashing points. As in making a spear, etc?

also anyone have any pictures?

I haven't lashed mine into a spear yet, but I may just grab some para-cord and give it a try.

Here is one method of using the HEST as a bayonet.
This method is not utilizing the bottle opener nor the wire break, but maybe it will inspire you.

its for opening a beer during combat. The rebel is just goofing around.
