Can someone tell me what kind of knife/machete this is?

Looks like a parang with a clipped point, and the handle design looks Filipino. Best info I can give.

Clip is the Dutch influence. They brought over Klewang ( www.thepirateslair.com/9-m1898-m1941-klewang-cutlass.html ), hanger and cutlass, hirschfanger type swords, and Bowie style type knives. Other knives, golok, etc.... that show heavier Dutch influence -
