How well is the CU7 at doing delicate work? And what is the overall lenght of the crewman? I cant find anything on that...

Lost in Shuffle,
You may want to post this over in the Camillus Forum. I don't have a CU7 but I do have the CU9 and the edge on that is scary sharp. I've used it to sharpen pencils and it will peel apples, though I wouldn't want to unless I was totally stuck. I just did it to test the edge. So in short, they can handle fine work in a pinch, but aren't really designed for it in my opinion. Really too large for tasks like boning fish etc... though the could get the job done if you're totally stuck. I don't think they'd do well at skinning though.
