Can you buy Buck Stock?

I know in 1963 Buck incorporated and stock was issued but as far as I know it was never available to the public. Does anyone here own Buck stocks and is it possible to buy it now? I would love to see a picture of the certificate and wonder if it has a knife as part of the design?

I’m assuming “no”. A business can be incorporated, but not publicly traded. I assume this is the case with Buck.

The company can be wholly owned by only a few officers.

thought it was a family business....all stock owned by family?

i work for a "c" corp. one man, the owner, owns all the stock as it a private company....not publicy traded.

good thing buck isnt publicly traded. can y'all imagine the board stopping great stuff buck comes up with due to not profitable enough. also eventually something happens to it like remington...private equity...kill quality off drive profits up short term...... sometimes private is better.
