Can you identify this Japanese cleaver?

There is no such thing as a "Japanese cleaver". The term "cleaver" is used for Chinese Cai Dao knives (vegetable knife), which can be either thin (slicer) or thick (chopper) bladed. The dimensions are completely different from a Japanese vegetable knife known as a Nakiri. Chinese Cai Dao are nearly always (possibly always) double bevel.
The Japanese Nakiri id double beveled, and when single beveled is called an Usuba.
There are Chinese Cleavers made by Japanese knife makers which cater to the many Chinese cuisine chefs in Japan. And in general they tend to be better made but more costly than Chinese made ones. These would be "Japanese made Chinese Cleavers".

While the Japanese language uses some 6000 Kanji characters, Chinese will use up to 20,000. So there are many Chinese Kanji that are not used in Japanese. Even ones that are shared are read completely differently. I tried to find your knife but the brand name says "Supreme Knife" and I can't even type the second character after knife
刀 because it's not widely used in Japanese. Naturally I have no idea how it is read in Chinese. Perhaps some who reads Chinese can help you out.
Perhaps a good photo of the round label on the handle might help. Sorry can't help you out better.

Thanks for the clarification. Much appreciated.
My friends over at KKF who can read Chinese have identified that knife as a "Daoba" brand made by manufacturer "Hengfa" located
in Yangjiang City, Guangzhou Province, China.
There are over 1500 factories in Yangjiang pumpng out cutlery so no idea exactly which factory that may be.
The knife is marked as Stainless although no mention of type.
Nobody has seen one of these though.
