Can't get in contact with Robert

Well folks, I don't know what else to do, so here we go.

I ordered a chest rig from Survival Sheath Systems last October '08. My debit card was charged in November, once for the correct amount, and another charge for another 10% or so. I got an email from Robert in December saying the holster would be shipped in a couple of days.

I have not received the holster as of yet.

I have emailed Robert several times. I have called at least two times and left voice messages.

I have not received any response.

All I want is to know whether or not the holster has been made and shipped, and if so when, and the carrier and tracking number. If the holster has not been started, then I would like a refund for both charges.

If my email and voice messages have not gotten through, I apologize. I hope that Robert will read this and make it right.

I think that I have been more than patient.

Thank you! I appreciate the wait you had. Re vamped my Green nylon. The other stuff was simply too shiny to be of use. It literally reflected light.

Not the best option for a concealment holster.
