So I am seeing the 2025 vault pattern knives, and my first thought when I saw the baby doc was "meh"
This is probably the first vault pattern I have decided to pass on that I can remember.
I am not really seeing any pics or excitement online. I was wondering if this years vault release has been a flop?
Does anyone have any insight into sales of this pattern so far? I really want Case to be successful, but I struggle with their choice of vault releases sometimes.

I don't know anything about how well the baby doc is selling.
But I'm with you in terms of my personal reaction to the pattern. A knife that's under 3" closed with spear/spatula blade combo that sells in the $50-$100 range (depending on type of covers) doesn't move my needle.

I like the design and history of the doc knives, but for everyday use they seem "meh" to me. Especially a baby version. Full size would be a better seller I would think.

I don't mind it, and I'm glad they don't always just do reliable hits. If I weren't focused on older Queen stuff right now I'd be tempted to grab one

I have a full-sized one with just the spear blade. I don't know why I never carry it. I've never been interested in the spatula blade, which seems to me extra useless on the baby version.

It's an odd one for sure. Meh is certainly accurate. It's just so small. Whats the use? Lol

If they do a single blade autumn bone (or some type of orange bone) I'll get one. Don't really need a single feeler gauge with my pen knife blade.
