I'm surprised they have no material to do warranty work. I've requested they exchange the knife for an equivalent offering in stock. We'll see.

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Warranty/Repair Request form and for submitting photos of your knife. All Case knives are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the owner. Our warranty does not cover normal wear, missing parts, accidents, altering, theft, loss, misuse, neglect, fire damage, and bent or broken blade tips.
Our repair technicians evaluated your knife and advised that they do not have any of the grey bone. These have completely sold out. Perhaps, you would take the item back to the store it was originally purchased from.

That's very disappointing to hear. I assumed you would have some amount of parts on hand for warranty work. This knife is unavailable anywhere. Would it be possible to send it to you in exchange for Model #: 58413, which you have in stock. It's not the same jigging or blade material and, man, I really liked that pewter shield on mine, but it is gray bone 6318. Model #: 09721, the Bermuda Green 6318 would also make a fair alternative.
