Item #9221 - (3107W CV)
CASE YELLOW SYNTHETIC WHARNCLIFFE MINI TRAPPER(CV)

Has anyone purchased one of these? (SFO)
I would like to hear your opinion regarding fit/finish and walk and talk.

Yep - I picked one up off amazon (107EX SS) - it has the yellow plastic sides & EZ feature. Has fantastically hard snap & blade centers perfectly - walk and talk couldn't be better for a late model Case. At least the one I got last year is pretty close to perfect.

I have owned and carried my Mini-Trapper in a CV Wharncliffe blade for over a year. I think it is a great knife. The one I own is s "Rancher" in stag, and cost more than the Yellow Derlin. The Rancher was sold out a while back, so hard to find new.
The Yellow Derlin is a great knife for the money and fit and finish should be fine. W&T might be more of a individual knife thing.

I bought this one new in 2012, and while it is not CV, it's a great knife, with maybe the prettiest sawcut covers I've seen.

I've had a couple dozen Case knives over the past 10 years, and haven't had a problem with any of them. I'd go for it.

I have several of them. Both single wharncliffe, 2 blade with standard spey or wharncliffe secondary. The size is perfect. I only have one that is a mild disappointment; the sawcut covers do not have matching saw patterns, one being mostly across the cover and the other being mostly along the cover, but the knife itself is fine. Since PhotoBomb has pulled their ransom program on hosting pics, I haven't got many uploaded elsewhere, but I did download my pics, deleted them on the site and closed my account. Anyway I really like this pattern and size.

I found one with the "Harley Davidson" text and have been thinking to buy it. I'm not a motorcycle person though so would this feel awkward? :D
