I just also want to say what a great thread this is. I keep coming back to it, drooling over everyone's pics. The history behind it all, and the other barlow thread are just wonderful to read. Very refreshing. Such beautiful pics of some gorgeous knives. The new run is just fantastic too, but I am really enamored with all of the barlows from Charlie. Thanks again

I see the difference, where the normal Parchment has a ripple effect and the red star is smooth. Very nice that way too ! :thumbup:

Did you de-scale it or was the scale that minimal ? :confused:
 
The Spear Bladed Barlows of 2012 had these:

The Pen behind the Spear knife had a reversed (mirror image) front label, and a new back label:

Each time the label changes, there is at least one other small difference.
I have to look for them myself!
