So i would like to purchase a spanner tool for my Strider SNG DGG. The fact that some companies can ask 75$ for a 2$ tool is bullsh*t though. So, can i please get some second party cheaper alternative functional spanner tools for my Strider. My budget is 5-25$ - Thanks

There's one for 32ish on a popular Strider dealer site that has a primate in the name, also a pair of split ring pliers can work if the pivot is heated first

On the edc forums store(JSBurlys) they have a keychain tool that I have called the gecko parrot which is all Ti and has a spanner tool along with a prybar and bottle opener. sounds like a good deal and it is a great tool. It is $18

Check this out. I've read that the #12 screwdriver "spanner" bit works for Strider. costs ~ 2-3 bucks.

I have NOT checked this out, but there's no reason why a common spanner bit on a screwdriver set shouldn't work. Your Grainger Store for Industrial Supplies.

I made my own spanner tool for 10 cents, Get a dime, pliers, metal cutters. Cut the dime at the bottom, and then cut two lines on each side and bend out the center and them smooth it out with a dremel.
