Yep. If you're polite you use the knife to cut the cheese and then pick to cut bit up with the fork to move it to your plateI guess you can pick up the cut slice and put it where you want on a plate.

Maybe a better word would be proper. I'm polite, but proper, ain't never gonna happen. I'm not proud of it but certainly not ashamed either. I think I'll leave the fork out of my cheese knife.
