Chef and Paring Knife Set

I just finished up this Damascus Chef and Paring Knife set. The handles are cut from the same section of presentation grade stabilized Curly Koa, the bolsters are made from the same Damascus as the blades, which is 1075 and 15N20. The details for each knife are:

Paring Knife

Overall length – 8 1/4 inches
Blade length – 4 inches
