The long roast beef slicer is a Dexter Connisour with rosewood. Had the Granton scallop edge but as you can see its worn. Chicago Cutlery USA 8" chef,butcher. The upswept butcher is a Forschner ,two odd balls,Mac & the other I cant read. I cleaned them up a little
