The Cherokee Rose is a natural rose-shaped rock unique to Oklahoma where it is the official State Rock. According to legend/storytellers---the Rose Rock was transformed as God's commemoration, from the Indian's blood and tears at the end of the "Trail of Tears" symbolizing the spiritual rebirth of the American Indian. Just a little bit of trivia I have heard about the type of rock found in Oklahoma. The beautiful inspiration of the knife made me think of this. I can't wait to get one when it is ready! Designed by a Master!
