It does for sure look like outer space, that is one SERIOUSLY nice knife my friend... CongRATS!!

I was going to say it looks like my old bowling ball I had as a kid, might be a similar kind of material... does it seem to be quite heavy?

I have no idea on the wood material, but I am 99% sure that is just polished & G-Rex'd? Tan Canvas Micarta

Not heavy. Material is dense though.

The top on is a combat grade FMV14 Orange/Black G10.

The other one, I honestly couldn't tell you. At first glance I thought it was a CS NFNO, but it's not. It almost looks like an HR2 without the fuller, but I'm not the best at identification from pics. Beautiful handle though. Can you post another pic of a better view of the handle?

Thanks man. That may be the one that I end up selling. Too purdy for me to feel good about hard use.
 
Some VERY sweet blades here! Speaking of the Last Rites, did they ever make one in Battle Grade? That has got to be one of the coolest blade shapes to come out of Wauseon. Also, how many were made? Any ideas? Those that scored the Last Rites must have given alms this past Sunday...
