I had this knife for a few years , just wondering if anybody had any info on it . The knife holds a good edge , fits nice in hand heavy solid brass bolsters and sharpens fairly easy. Not sure of when it was made or where. The blade is marked CJH ROSTFREI 214 113

Hi, I'm pretty new here and I can't see the pictures, but since rostfrei is stainless in german, my guess is CJH stands for C. Julius Herbertz from the german Knife company Herbertz. The steel is most likely a 420HC but in recent years they started using S35vn on their 200+ Euro knives. Don't even have one, though 😂
