Cleaver maker identification needed

Hello! I am new to the forum and need help identifying an old meat cleaver having a 9-1/2" blade. The cleaver has a weak maker stamp with only partial characters being visible. The characters which are visible are as follows" "BERNA", "OEKLER", and "HPA". Thanks for your help, Jeff
