CNC or Hand Ground?

Does ER CNC machine-shape its blades or do artisans hand grind them?

I have purchased knives from custom makers, and the grind lines vary from blade to blade and even from side to side on the same blade.
Because of this, I prefer to buy from a retailer who has several examples on site, so that I can choose between them.

If ER does hand shape its blades, I would like some feedback from people who have purchased ER knives, and especially the Nemesis, in regards to the symmetry of the grind on both sides of the blade, and how accurately the edge centers on the blade.

All blades are CNC'd into shape and essentially hand finished from there. "Generally" there are no significant, or even minor, deviations in the CNC blades...but nothing is perfect.

On mine, there's a slight right-bias on the edge, but that's me being extremely picky.

:)

Overall grind, which I find rather hard to visualize with the black coating, is, as far as I can see, "perfect."

I've never seen a perfect blade, myself, but I prefer CNC'd blades.
I understand Buck has a machine that puts the final edge on their blades, but I have not seen a new Buck in many years.
When I get a new knife I put a new edge geometry on it with my own tools.
I can handle a little bias on the edge as it comes from the factory.
