What you are looking at are two separate Indian War Clubs, I got a good deal. They both have this same "fissure", or "crack" in the same spot. Is this normal on all of them, or did I get factory seconds or what?

Sorry if this wasn't the place to post this.

Look like 2nd's to me. I would expect that crack to continue quickly if you hit much with it.

Does it look like it was repaired? Can you open it enough to put epoxy into it?
May be best to take the stud out of it to reduce the focal point of the impact if you go out to play with it any.

It may have been, I can't tell though. I don't think I could, it's pretty tight.

Almost looks like someone glued it already ? Check this one out started it last summer almost done.

A couple of mine:

Yes. The one with a deer antler tine spike is cherry, the other one is oak.

Do you ever make them to sell, and if so, for how much? I'd really be interested in one like the cherry one(spike not necessary), it looks incredible.

I haven't made one in a few years. Haven't had time. Too busy chasing my 3 year old mini-me around the house/yard/woods, and a mischievous 11 month old Norwegian Elkhound puppy too.

Damn. Unfortunate, but understandable.

I don't sell them anyway. It takes me about three weeks to hand carve each one and to sell it for a price worth my time wouldn't be a price anyone would be willing to pay.

The one with the antler spike I gave to our state historical society and it is part of a display in one of their museums with MY name on it. That was worth my time because it's a big middle finger to all my enemies from high school.
