Hello guys.
I've been wating for a couple of months for this one.
This is the first collaboration piece I make with silversmith Luis Chavez.
We decided to start with a short yataghan with a full silver handle.

I made the blade (5160-15n20 7 twisted bar turkish pattern) and ask Luis to do the rest.
This is what he came up with.
He completly blew mi mind!!!

Wow Manuel, precioso, tremenda colaboracion!!!

Amazing Manuel! Your blade is fantastic, and what can you say about Luis's silver work? Just blows me away. Congratulations to both of you. A stunning piece.

Wow. Fantastic piece. I have to say, I was completely surprised when I to the spine shot. The knife did not look thick from the side.

This is the kind of piece we where inspired by

WOW!!!! You Guys certainly "done did goodly" Just a fantastic knife. The blade is awesome in an of itself and then the silversmithing work just puts it over the top in fine artistic craftsmanship. Love to see this kind of work.

I've seen some beautiful knives in my short life, and this is among the finest I've laid eyes on.
Sublime work on both your parts.

Exquisite craftsmanship and outstanding design features! Absolutely beautiful! Congratulations!!
