Colonel Littleton?

So has anyone here heard of Colonel Littleton knives? I've run into a couple of people who have them and they are passionate about them. What do you know?

I am familiar with the Col. Littleton line but don't know who actually makes their/his knives.

They are contract knives with "Colonel Littleton's" stamp on them, most recently made by Bear & Son.

(I read the above on BladeForums, so it must be true.)

A quick glance at their current knife offerings would seem to back this up. Though perhaps various of the items are farmed elsewhere?

They look like Bear with the lack of pins on the covers. Overpriced IMO.

Being Made in the USA and using 440A steel Bear & Sons would make the most sense. A couple of them also seem very similar to the equivalent Moore Maker models that are manufactured by Bear & Sons.
