Am looking for copper handle folder or small fixed blade. Can't be made in China. USA made is nice but would consider other countries-Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc. I'm already aware of Copper handle Kershaw Leek.

Brass is OK too.

A lot of U.S. made knives have after market copper scales that can be found. Jake Hoback offers copper for some of their knives. Spyderco released a copper PM2. They come up for sale here for a premium price. I’ve seen copper on some Hinderer’s.

Mercator? (Germany) I think they make one in copper, and one in brass.
Not a one hand opener, and no clip, though, if that matters.

spyderco made a usa factory made pm2 in copper. is pricey though. aftermarket has some that pop up.

Buck also made a sprint in copper limited edition. smaller than pm2. aftermarket also and also pricey.

The Lionsteel Dom is available in copper. I have the titanium version which I really like.

Civivi Elementum... on certain brands I don't think China is a bad thing. The knife market is on the winning side of Chinese deals. If we were talking solar panels or something I would agree, but the WE factory and several others should not be dismissed because of the Chinese assemble.
In the grand scheme of things, pocketknives made in China are an absurdly small consideration when the room you are standing in right now most likely has more Chinese than American manufactured goods
Take it with a grain of salt- i buy American when possible, but when it comes to knives you look at the average Benchmade or Spyderco pitted against one of the "good"Chinese brands and you will see that the quality of the Chinese top tier makers blows them out of the water.

BladeHQ has a robust search engine.
GiantMouse Clyde in Copper

The PVD coated blade version is a real looker. I have a vanilla Clyde and can recommend it as a great EDC knife.

Flytanium makes copper scales to fit some Spyderco and Benchmade knives...

This might be the cheapest option to get into copper...an Ontario RAT 2 (Taiwan) with some aftermarket Flytanium scales!

Kershaw Leek.

I know you're already aware of it, but it's a solid knife, good size and good steel.

Spider Monkey copper scales have a pretty cool texture. Thoroughly enjoy mine.
