Blade length is measured from the tip of the blade to the front of the handle.

Also what is length of these blades when unused in mint condition?

Do you mean to ask the value?

You need a paid membership at least Gold level to sell or ask about sale values.

On my Benchmade knives the blade length agrees closest with the factory specification when the blade is measured from the forward most point of the handle to the blade tip. Measured that way Benchmade blades typically agree with their published lengths within .020", measured with an accurate and properly zeroed digital caliper. Other brands I have checked the same way can show considerable variation from their manufacturer claimed blade lengths, both longer and shorter than the published blade length. Differences of up to .25" from published specifications.
