I have no idea what this is, was real rusty and had some kind of epoxy or something over most of it. I tried to get a different angle so the logo could be seen better but it wasnt coming out right on the camera. The only text i can read is RI and under it 94 maybe followed by a " and possibly a 1. Thanks
All I have done to it is wire wheel it and scrape some of the epoxy stuff.
