Has anyone ever tried or does anyone know if it’s possible to put a Reg sized black Bugout blade into a Bailout? Bugout frame is a smidge too small and the Bailout frame is perfect but I loathe Tanto blade shape. If I’m nuts I’m sure I’ll here it but it’s bugging me so I had to ask. Thanks all.
 
Since the handles are different in size and shape and only the bailout is assisted opening I would guess that it is doubtful that swapping the blades would work and would certainly void the warranty as well as possibly being unsafe. I do not think it would be a good idea.
 
Although i don't own one, I'm pretty sure I saw a YT video where the person tried this and it was not compatible.
 
Bailout is not AO, and no, switching blades is not compatible without major blade/handle modifications.

There are some people who just did a regrind and made the Bailout into a drop point. I should think that would be the safest and best bet.
