I bought two Made in Canada, crescent knife works. The company had closed and I was not able to find much on google. Any one have any knowledge?

You will certainly know more than I do, and it sounds like you’ve done the requisite search. :) All I have to add is the fact that I think I’ve seen chisels (Yes, chisels) made by them, but it must have been a decade or more ago. If their knives are like their tools, they would be very well made and VERY durable.
 
I just got a Crescent ball bearing flipper in D2 with aluminum scales off the big box store. Excellent knife; well made, sharp out of the box. Lockup is 100% and flips smoothly. Made for Crescent Tool Co.. Made in Vietnam. $20 !
