Yes. They were very popular promotional items in the early '70's (and probably earlier) as I had one when I was a kid. This one is imprinted with the logo and information for ZEP industrial products / cleaning supplies. The handle is wood over plastic and the "sheath" is of the same construction so that when in place it looks like one square piece of wood. The idea is, obviously, that if dropped in the water when fishing it will float and you will not lose your trusty tool.

 
Some sold, lots left! Good beginner knives here for first timers Christmas gifts. Or, a couple of economical pieces for donating to a soldier or two!
